Here are some of the most common questions and answers about Blue Mountain Storage.

After paying online for the storage unit you want, we will have you come to the office to fill out the necessary paperwork with your basic information and drivers license number. We will also need an alternate contact in case of emergencies. From there, we will give you information on access to the storage unit facility.
We do not do a credit check, prorate any partial rents, or require a performance deposit.
Your rent due date begins the day you rent the unit and sign the lease. Payments can be made online, over the phone with a card, cash or check. However we make it easy to set up automatic payments for you. Your rents are hassle free!
Terms to rent from us are month to month, however we do require a 30-day notice to move out as we have a waiting list of people needing to rent storage space.

Our Blackfoot facility has a fence and locked gate for security. Shelley location has security cameras and is in a well-lit commercial space.

You will need your own padlock to lock your unit. Any standard padlock or storage unit specific lock will work.
For any questions, we are always available. Each tenant gets our cell phone numbers to reach us in case of emergencies as well.
